Problem: well i still haven’t gotten the lollipop update which my friends that also have a galaxy s4 and t-mobile did get the update. so i can’t figure out why i haven’t. so i can’t figure. My galaxy s4 went and downloaded the android 4.3 upgrade. i have not installed it. an icon stays at the top of the phone to remind me to install it, and a system window appears every now and then during the day to have me install it or postpone it to later (all i can do is choose a reminder interval of 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours - there's no option to just have it go away)..
