I believe there is multiple version of office installed on the computer. check control panel and uninstall all trial and multiple version of office.. I have explored this answer and to no avail. i have uninstalled office 2003 and reinstalled it but to no avail. i have downloaded the registery uninstall package and then reinstalled office but to no avail when i go into the startup folder in word there is no file listed despite the fact that i have.
